It was great. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. They were very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. One of the best interviews I have ever had.
- How do you handle conflict at work?
Customer Service Representative
Had a phone screen that was about 10 minutes long. After that, I sent my resume to the client for a virtual interview with HR and an internal recruiter. The last interview was on-site with the hiring manager and HR. In total, there were 3 interviews/phone screens, and they all took about 1.5 hours.
- What prompted your departure from your previous role?
Customer Service Agent
First, there was a 30-question test covering Portuguese (spelling), math (percentages), basic computer skills, and a written part about yourself, plus a group activity. We were selected based on the test, the group activity, and our presentations. The second round involved another group activity where we had to interact with other candidates. Those selected then had a one-on-one interview with the manager. The environment was inclusive and the interview was relaxed the whole time.
