Business Assistant
Started with an HR screening call that didn't really help with screening. I asked HR for details about the job and department for the business assistant role, but they told me to ask the hiring manager. In the next interview with the hiring manager, they were looking for finance and accounting experience. This was unexpected because it wasn't mentioned before, and the role wasn't a good fit for the title or my background, so it ended up wasting both our time.

R&D Engineer
We started with a resume and portfolio review, which included an intro PPT. Then, there was a first interview that required a presentation and lasted 30-45 minutes. After that, a second interview took place, also 30-45 minutes long, followed by an offer. I interviewed with 4-5 people, including the HR manager, in the first round.

Embedded Systems Engineer
The interview process included three rounds. The first round was a multiple-choice quiz, primarily focusing on C++ STL concepts. The second round involved two coding questions, lasting an hour. The first coding question was similar to the 'Count and Say' problem on LeetCode, a medium-difficulty question solvable in about 30 minutes. The second question was akin to LeetCode's '2Sum Closest to zero' problem, also expected to be solved within 30 minutes. The third round was a face-to-face technical interview where various topics were covered, including C/C++ programming, ARM architecture, Linux system programming, and communication protocols.

Embedded Software Engineer
The interview process involved a written test focusing on aptitude and C, which was quite easy and lasted for an hour. Following that, there were two technical interviews, both of which were also described as easy. The first technical interview covered pointers, arrays, strings, bitwise operators, structures, unions, linked lists, and sorting algorithms, with a focus on quick sort. The second technical interview was similar, with some different questions from another interviewer. Finally, there was an HR interview.
