Intern
It started with a group interview with HR, and then a week later, I had interviews with the manager and supervisor of the area. The HR interview was really good, the professional was great. The management interview was a bit complex, they asked a lot of questions which was tiring, but a positive point is that the questions were directly related to the job.
- Tell me about your "Life's Good" moment.
Jovem Aprendiz
The hiring process started with submitting my resume. Then, there were knowledge tests covering computer skills, general knowledge, personality, math, and Portuguese. After that, a group interview with HR took place. The available areas are: HR, Sales, Logistics, Facilities, B2B Services, B2B Marketing, and Trade Marketing. The final stage was an interview with the manager of the chosen area. I interviewed with two managers from the area I wanted to work in. It was very quick, only about 11 minutes. They asked me to introduce myself, inquired about my studies and my commute, we clarified some doubts, and then the meeting ended. The whole process lasted from October 5, 2024, to December 20, 2024.

International Marketing
This took 2 months, I applied on their portal. I got called for an interview right away, no tests before. The interview was okay, but everyone was so serious, no smiles, felt cold.
