Case Presentation

It was a three-step interview process. I had a panel interview, followed by a case study, and then a case study presentation to the leadership team. The process wasn't delayed at all, and the HR team communicated the next steps clearly.

The process started with an initial interview. After that, I was asked to prepare a short case study. This case study was about a project and included my ideas on how to execute it. I brought several printed copies of this case study to the interview and went through it with them.

Technical Behavioral

I applied for a fresh graduate marketing position. The interview process had two rounds. The first round was analytical and included a written test plus a Microsoft Office test focusing on Excel and PowerPoint skills. The second round was a panel interview with three senior managers and the president of LG. It went well and they asked basic questions. After a week or two, HR called to say I was shortlisted, but they chose another candidate who had an MBA, while I only had a Bachelor's degree, which was disappointing.
