HR reached out for an initial phone screen. I was told I'd interview with the Hiring Manager. I had to reach out twice to HR to schedule the call. Then had a Zoom call with the hiring manager and two others. They told me the next steps were to come to their offices the following week. I never heard back and multiple follow ups were completely ghosted.

I applied and got a phone interview set up after a few days. The phone interview was with HR, lasting about 10 to 20 minutes. They got back to me two days later. After that, the next step was an in-person interview at the company.

The interview journey kicked off in June 2011 with an initial screening by a recruiting agency, which was smooth sailing for me. Next up was an interview with the hiring manager, fairly standard stuff asking about my background. Then, radio silence for about three months. Surprisingly, in October 2011, I was invited back for another chat with the same person. A few days later, I received an offer, but the compensation wasn't quite what I was looking for. After negotiating, they came back with an offer that was about 5-7% higher, which I accepted. Keep in mind, the company seems to really value long-term commitment, ideally someone with over 10 years at a single company, especially if they're Korean.
