The interview process was really simple. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, then there was a panel interview with about 3 to 4 people. I got the job offer within two weeks. The questions focused on digital project management skills and also included typical situational questions. It was a pretty straightforward interview, and everyone seemed very experienced in the agency world.

Went through 5 rounds for this role, with the final client-facing round being the one that would make or break the offer. It took a pretty long time to get the confirmation, which was a relief when it finally came. I get why it took so long though, given it was for a very senior position, but maybe they could've been a bit quicker. On the plus side, the interviewers did keep me in the loop.

I actually had an amazing interview with the recruiter (one of the best) and really hit it off with them. During the interview, the recruiter was already talking about projects she could see me working on, me putting in my two weeks at my current job, and told me that we were going to set up another interview to meet with the team. I sent a short thank you note after the interview and the recruiter replied expressing gratitude and excitement towards me. After that, I was completely GHOSTED. No updates about the 2nd interview that was supposed to take place or even that she went with another option. I understand things like this happen, but for such a reputable company, it was very unprofessional. I was highly led on and felt downright played.
