First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leo Burnett.
Art Director
It was a single-day, in-person interview with several interviewers. I first chatted with the Creative Director, then the Group Creative Director, and finally met with a head from Creative Services. The whole thing lasted about 1.5-2 hours and was pretty straightforward. Everyone was really friendly.
- Can you discuss your background in creating automotive-related creative work?
Art Director
I submitted my application via their online portal and heard back about three months later. The interview conversation was fantastic, very natural and engaging. I usually struggle with expressing myself during interviews, but the recruiter did an excellent job guiding the discussion and making me feel comfortable. I was motivated to share more about my experiences while staying on topic. I received the job offer the following day.

Art Director
The entire process spanned about two months and included four interview rounds before a decision was made. The hiring manager was communicative throughout, which was appreciated.
