First, I had a phone call with the recruiter to screen me. Then, there was a video interview on Teams. After that, I had an in-person interview at their office, where I also had to complete a task related to the job.
- Can you share an instance of a campaign you participated in and explain its success?

The process was kinda dull, involving two interviews and two tests, which I think were logic and IQ. They didn't really explain the results, but I advanced to the next stage only to be told they found someone else who likely asked for less money.
- Are you amenable to receiving feedback?
Copywriter
I applied online with my portfolio, and the recruiter got back to me right away. The next day, I had about five or six interviews. It was mostly to see if we clicked. The creative directors wanted to know about my hobbies and what writing I liked. Everyone was super nice. After those initial interviews, I went back to San Francisco, and then waited a bit to hear from Leo Burnett. I came back to Chicago about a month later for another round of interviews, and then I got the job offer.
