The interview process was really simple. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, then there was a panel interview with about 3 to 4 people. I got the job offer within two weeks. The questions focused on digital project management skills and also included typical situational questions. It was a pretty straightforward interview, and everyone seemed very experienced in the agency world.

The recruiter called me about a month after applying for a 20-min phone screener to check my interest. The next day, I had a virtual interview with two project management execs, which lasted about an hour. They basically asked about my project management experience. The recruiter called 10 minutes after the interview to offer me the job. I liked how excited the interviewers were about me joining and how encouraging the recruiter was with communication.

So I was found on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter and ended up going through the hiring process over two months, which involved four interviews in total. First, there was a call with the HR recruiter to go over the job. Then, a quick phone interview with the VP, and after that, I was invited to the office. The onsite was about two hours long, and I met with four different people who had different roles. Lastly, there was a lunch interview with two of my potential new colleagues in the department.
