I had 2 interviews for this position. The first was with a recruiter, and the second was with the HR director. Both of them were really great people to talk to, very easy going and kind. I ended up getting the job. Honestly, it was the most pleasant interview experience I've ever had.

The recruitment staff were super nice and kept me in the loop all the way. They got back to me fast and were happy to help with any questions. It was three interviews total - a phone call, a Teams meeting, and then in person with different folks and managers. Every question felt super relevant to the job, and you could tell they put a lot of thought into it.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter. After that, I interviewed with the hiring team, which was about 3-4 people. Then, I had an interview with the department leader. They extended an offer, which I accepted. The questions were mostly standard interview questions to get a feel for my character and see if I'd be a good cultural fit. They also asked a few questions about my technical skills and experience.

I had an initial phone interview, then they referred me to the hiring manager for an interview on Microsoft Teams. When we met on Teams, the hiring manager told me I was too old and overqualified for the role, mentioning it was more for 'twenty-somethings.' She did say I could continue with the interview if I wanted to.
