The interview process started with a phone chat with the recruiter, then a Teams meeting with the team lead. After that, there was a face-to-face in-house interview and an assessment interview with both the team lead and the director. The final round was another Teams interview, this time with the creative lead. It was a great experience, very thorough and open, and I had a good conversation about my background and what led me here.

I sent in a paragraph via a third party. I could track my application progress on an app. There were 2 interviews total. The first one went fine. The second one also went fine, but I stumbled on one answer. The questions were challenging, like asking about my views on childhood development. I was expecting more questions about product ideas and my thoughts on existing products.

The senior managers were nice and I felt I answered their questions well. I didn't get a great feel for the team lead though. They had to bring me in a second time because they couldn't get everyone together on the first day.
