The process starts with a 10-minute intro phone interview with a recruiter. They'll chat about the job and ask some basic questions about your background and skills. You might also be asked if you know anything about the company. Based on this, they'll decide whether to move you forward to the hiring manager.

I sent my resume and they called me in for an interview the next day. I interviewed with HR and they told me I would make a lot of money and it was a great company. They said I would hear back in a week. A week later, I got an email saying they were looking for someone with education sales experience. I thought that was obvious from my resume and didn't understand why they'd call me in if that's what they wanted. I've met two other people who went through the same thing.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied at the store and got a call for an interview the next day, about three weeks after applying. I interviewed with two managers, first the main manager, then the assistant manager. They asked a few questions, some of which both managers asked. Overall, it wasn't too bad, just typical interview questions.
