I got a call and they asked me some questions before my next interview. It was a simple process, the questions were easy to understand, and the whole experience felt really smooth, organized, and professional the whole way through.

I applied online, made sure my resume and cover letter highlighted my qualifications to match what they were looking for, but I didn't get selected. It's weird because they've been posting this same job for months now, which doesn't seem like a good sign. Plus, they pay hourly, and the rate isn't really competitive.

I started with a phone interview where I was asked some basic questions, like why I was leaving my current job and about my resume. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview that included an Excel test. The interview went well, with standard questions, and the interviewer explained the daily tasks. After that, there was a 15-minute timed Excel formatting test. I had prepared for this based on the interviewer's advice about formatting and formulas, and it matched my expectations. I felt good about the interview because it was relaxed and the HR person was friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get that specific position but was told I'd be considered for future openings. Two weeks later, I was called back for an Admin position in a different department and had another interview with someone from that department, which led to me getting the job.
