Behavioral Other

The interview process was straightforward and simple. The first round was with a recruiter, followed by a round with the hiring team. A decision was then made. The hiring team made it very comfortable, feeling more like a conversation than a barrage of STAR questions, which I thought was great. The only downside was not getting feedback on why I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter within an hour to set up a phone interview. The interview was the next day, about 30 minutes long, and mostly asked about my background and past sales work. The interviewer told me about the job and the process, said she'd send my info to the Regional Manager, and I'd hear back in about a week. I got an email saying they were considering someone with more sales experience. Everyone was really friendly and got back to me fast.
