The interview process at Knight Frank was pretty professional and organized. It started with a basic screening, and then there was a conversational interview about my experience and why I wanted the role. The interviewers were ready and made me feel comfortable, so it felt like a normal chat. It did take a while longer than I thought it would, and keeping in touch between the different parts could have been better. Overall, it was a good experience that was professional but also relaxed, and I got a good feel for the company culture.

The interview process is made up of a few parts to see if you're a good fit for the job and the company. It starts with an interview, and then if you're chosen, you'll get a job offer. The offer will have all the details like pay, benefits, and when you start. You can talk about the offer before you decide to accept it.

So, I had this job interview recently and it was quite something. From the moment I got there, I felt like it wasn't going to be a good one. The interviewer seemed totally checked out, hardly looked at me, and kept looking at their phone. It was tough to connect with them and show I was excited about the job. Plus, the questions were all over the place and not clear, so I didn't know what they were really asking. I tried to get us back on track and talk about my skills, but it was hard because the interview was so messy. Then, it was super obvious they hadn't even read my resume because they asked me stuff that was right there. That just made it more frustrating and unfocused. They even said they weren't sure about the job details, which made me wonder how organized the company was. By the end, I felt pretty down and unsure about the whole thing. Even though it was a bummer, I learned a lot about how important it is to be prepared, communicate clearly, and respect each other in interviews. Now, I'm more set on finding a place that cares about these things and has a better interview process.
