Got a call from HR about my application. Had an interview with a partner, and a case study assignment to do at home. Submitted the case study, and HR called back to let me know they went with other candidates.

Behavioral

A recruiter reached out about a role at Knight Frank. The first interview was a pleasant chat, and the recruiter quickly said they wanted a second interview, thinking I was a perfect match. I mentioned I was going on leave for three weeks but could do an interview the following week. They had trouble coordinating with the senior team and scheduled it for my first day of leave. I agreed, although reluctantly. Two hours before, they canceled with no explanation. After we called them repeatedly, they finally told us the role was filled by someone else from an earlier interview. While I understand people get roles, some basic courtesy would have been nice, especially since I gave up a day of my trip for this interview. I'd give this whole process and the company's decency zero stars.
