Manager
It's a wonderful company to work for, and the people there are very nice, compassionate, and acknowledge hard work and effort. I can really see myself growing there, both as a company and as an individual.

Office Manager
So, for a global company, I was incredibly unimpressed with the interview process. It started with a call out-of-the-blue from Ahbi in Melbourne, who wanted to ask me a few questions even though I was due for an appointment in 10 mins. He then moved me to the next round where I met Courtney, the local Operations Manager in Sydney. That interview went well, we made good connections and it felt genuine. Then I was asked to proceed to the 3rd round and met Courtney again, along with another senior manager from the office. Again, it all went well, I talked about my skills, qualifications, goals, and achievements. Abhi called me that day saying I was the 'front runner' and wanted to know if I'd accept the position if offered, as they knew I was interviewing elsewhere. I agreed. He called the next day to offer a verbal agreement, which I accepted, and he said he'd send the paperwork. The very next day, I called Ahbi to check on the paperwork. I also wanted to share that I'm 3 months pregnant, after a difficult year with a miscarriage, and wasn't sure about the pregnancy's success. I figured I couldn't put off job hunting if the pregnancy didn't work out. He said he needed to check with the manager but assured me they 'look for skills and qualifications above conditions like this'. He spoke to the manager that very hour and called me back almost immediately, saying they were happy to proceed and he'd chase the paperwork. I never received anything. I called the next day to follow up, but he gave excuses about not being able to reach Courtney, despite them desperately needing someone initially. I called again the next day with more excuses. The third day in a row, still more excuses. Suddenly, it seemed I wasn't the lead candidate anymore. I can only assume it was the pregnancy they didn't like. In Australia, it's illegal to not hire someone based on conditions like pregnancy, yet this global company apparently didn't follow the rules. Of course, it was all over the phone, so I couldn't report them. This is the next best option. I never officially heard back from anyone, Courtney or Abhi, about my follow-ups – absolutely poor form. Knight Frank, if you're reading this, shame on you. Hope this gets the attention it deserves. New candidates, beware.

Management Trainee
The interview experience was very positive and welcoming! The interviewer made an effort to keep things light to help with interview nerves. The HR team was really nice and the HR manager was very smiley. The receptionist seemed a bit stern though. The interview room had pleasant, warm lighting which was comforting. Overall, it was a really good and engaging process that suggested a family-like company culture.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What differentiates you from others in your cohort?
