The interview process at Knight Frank was pretty professional and organized. It started with a basic screening, and then there was a conversational interview about my experience and why I wanted the role. The interviewers were ready and made me feel comfortable, so it felt like a normal chat. It did take a while longer than I thought it would, and keeping in touch between the different parts could have been better. Overall, it was a good experience that was professional but also relaxed, and I got a good feel for the company culture.

So the interview process had two stages. First, I had to do this imaginary scenario task where I was an asset manager. I had to figure out which properties would be best for a client's needs and rank them, explaining why one was better than another. This was my chance to show I know about the economy and property market stuff. Then, the second interview was with the HR team for early careers, and it was just the usual 'tell me a time' questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

We had an individual interview where we talked about motivations and competency. Then, we were asked to examine a large amount of information about properties and discuss our findings and opinions. This part was more specialized and it would be good to have some understanding of real estate and current events.
