When you arrive, they'll chat informally about themselves and the business, then weave questions into the conversation. I'd suggest offering a firm handshake and appearing confident to make a good initial impression. There might be a tour of the facility afterward, but I'm not certain.

It was a group interview. They told us what they do there, since when they have been operating in the country. Then they asked us general questions. Afterwards, they asked each of us questions individually. Then they separated us into small groups and had us participate in some games. Finally, there was a simulation of what we would do on the job.

The interview was professional and organized. It kicked off with a face-to-face chat with the Store Manager to check my communication and personality. We talked about situations like long queues and keeping up hygiene standards when things get busy. I also got a quick look around the kitchen and counter areas. The main focus was on my ability to deliver great 'Customer Mania' service and how flexible I am with shifts.
