Team Leader
I wanted to share about my interview for the Team Leader role at KFC, and it went really well! The interviewer was very nice, and we had a good chat about the position and how I'd fit in. I felt comfortable, and it seems like a great place to work.
- Do you have prior experience in customer service?
Team Leader
It was a 3-stage process: a phone interview, then an inperson interview, and finally a test on site with the area manager. The process was easy but took a long time - I wouldn't do it again. I did get the job, but it was a hassle. They don't seem to know HR policies well, and RTW checks are quite lax.
- Tell me about your understanding of this role.
Team Leader
It was a one on one interview and a team building exercise to see how you deal with people. This is to show you have the skills to work in a team well and not be shy.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
- What motivated your application?
- Can you describe how you would handle specific situations?
