Shift Leader

Shift Supervisor
After submitting my online application and resume, I received a call to confirm my interest in the Shift Supervisor position. The caller inquired about my supervisory experience, to which I affirmed. She then asked about my age, which I felt was an inappropriate question. Despite that, she mentioned she would arrange an interview for Monday morning. However, I never received a callback, and my subsequent calls to the number went unanswered.
- I was asked about my supervisory experience?
- I was asked if I am 67 years old?
