When you arrive, they'll chat informally about themselves and the business, then weave questions into the conversation. I'd suggest offering a firm handshake and appearing confident to make a good initial impression. There might be a tour of the facility afterward, but I'm not certain.

So, for KFC, the interview is usually pretty straightforward and moves fast. You can apply online or just walk in. If they like your application, they'll give you a call or shoot you an email to set up an interview. It's usually in person with the manager. They'll ask you some basic stuff about your previous jobs, how you work with others, and how you deal with customers. They might also ask about when you can work, if you're flexible, and if you're cool with a busy setting. If they pick you, you'll do the hiring paperwork, figure out your schedule, and sometimes do a quick training before you start.
- What's your approach to dealing with a difficult or impolite customer?

I saw the job advert on Indeed and applied via the Harri portal. About 5 days later, I got an email to book an interview. When I got to the restaurant 5 minutes before my interview, I told the cashier I was there for an interview and was asked to sit down. The manager or assistant manager gave me a form to fill out about my personal details, availability, and some specific measurements. Then, they asked me questions from a list, which you can find below. They mentioned that an offer, for a minimum of a 6-hour contract, would be decided within a week. It hasn't even been a full day yet, so I'm not sure about the outcome. Good luck everyone!
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to work for KFC?
- What is it about the team member role that interests you?
