Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KFC.
Front of House Staff
The interview was really quick and super easy. Anyone who can speak English can get a job at KFC because they were in desperate need of staff, so they didn't have high expectations for candidates.
- Have you worked in fast food before?
Front of House Staff
I had an interview at the restaurant itself. The manager gave me a time, and we met. He asked me the questions below and was friendly. The interview didn't really explain the job role, but I got a free meal, so I'm not too upset. The manager did mislead me about the role, though.
- Why did you choose KFC instead of other fast-food chains?
- What motivates you?
- Can you tell me about your long-term career aspirations?
Front of House Staff
The interview process was straightforward and pleasant. The interviewers were friendly, fostering a relaxed atmosphere with good conversation and relevant questions. I felt welcomed by the team, which helped me feel at ease.
- What value do you add to our team?
