First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KFC.
Innovation Manager
I applied on LinkedIn and then got an invite via email for a phone interview. The email gave me only two options for the interview on the following Monday or Tuesday. Since I was sick and couldn't talk, I replied to the email asking if we could reschedule for later that week. I haven't heard back since then.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Management Trainee
We started with a group discussion, then I had a personal interview round. After that, they checked our profiles and told us the result. The first year's salary was about 30K CTC per month.

Manager
I had an in-person interview at a store for a store manager position and then for assistant manager roles. After that, I had to go to the head office for an interview with human relations. There were 2 rounds of interviews in total, then I had to wait for the results, and in the end, there was no news.
