First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper.
Senior Principal Engineer
Applied and heard back from the recruiter. The first round of interviews was fine. However, in the second round, my interviewer was a no-show. I contacted the recruiter, and she rescheduled me with the same person. This time, that person was 10 minutes late. The final round with the hiring manager was great; she was very pleasant and asked insightful questions. Afterward, the recruiter requested references. I provided them, but then the recruiter went silent. After numerous attempts to contact them via phone, text, and email over about two weeks, I received an automated rejection. What a terrible candidate experience.
- Could you describe your professional background?
Financial Analyst
The interview process at Keurig Dr Pepper was really smooth and organized. I applied and heard back within a few days for a recruiter screen. Every chat was engaging and felt like they really cared. The people interviewing me asked good questions and were upfront about what the job entails and how the Strategic Finance team fits into the bigger picture of the company.
- How would you value a horse?
Warehouse Order Selector
I applied for the Warehouse Picker Order Selector job online. It took about a month for them to get back to me with a phone interview, which was a HireVue. I finished the interview the same day. The questions were pretty straightforward. It's been two weeks since the interview and the position isn't listed on the website anymore. My candidate page says the status is 'submitted' but I haven't heard anything back. I'm wondering how long it usually takes to hear back after a phone interview?
- Is there anything else you'd like to share that makes you the top candidate for this role?
- Can you tell me about any safety protocols or habits from your past jobs that you continue to use?
Sales Manager
Applied and got a quick interview request. Scheduling with the recruiter was easy. Didn't get many details for the first round. Moved to the second round pretty fast. It was supposed to be virtual, but the recruiter messed up and sent two different links to me and the hiring manager. We were both waiting around for 20 minutes before we figured out the right link. The second round itself went well. They told me what the next steps were and said I'd get feedback in about 10 days. Well, it's been almost three weeks and I had to chase them for feedback. Then they told me they were moving on with other candidates. Pretty disappointing after they said I'd get feedback.
