Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper.
Supply Chain Intern
The interview process was straightforward. It started with a HireVue interview, followed by a final interview with two hiring managers. The questions touched on both experience-based and behavioral aspects. Overall, it was a good experience, and the hiring managers were friendly.
- What motivates you to work?
Procurement Analyst
The interview process was quite long, spanning about 4 to 5 weeks. I interviewed with 6 different people across 5 separate interviews, including one with a senior director. While everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the interviews were informative, the HR representative was disorganized and often unresponsive. In the end, I was ghosted and never received any feedback on my application, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
- What are your motivations for seeking this position?
- What attracts you to KDP as a company?
- Can you detail your previous work experiences?
Supply Chain Planner
First, you'll have an HR call that's about 15 minutes. After that, there's a 45-minute interview with the manager, and then a final 45-minute interview with the senior manager. They'll ask straightforward questions to gauge your understanding of supply chain and how you'd handle situations like having too much inventory.
- If faced with excess unsold inventory, what measures would you implement to prevent the stock from becoming obsolete?
