The interview process was pretty straightforward, and it's conducted in person. They'll also ask for references. I would suggest not putting your current employer down, as they might contact them before even the first interview, regardless of whether you get the job.

Applied and got a quick interview request. Scheduling with the recruiter was easy. Didn't get many details for the first round. Moved to the second round pretty fast. It was supposed to be virtual, but the recruiter messed up and sent two different links to me and the hiring manager. We were both waiting around for 20 minutes before we figured out the right link. The second round itself went well. They told me what the next steps were and said I'd get feedback in about 10 days. Well, it's been almost three weeks and I had to chase them for feedback. Then they told me they were moving on with other candidates. Pretty disappointing after they said I'd get feedback.

Standard interview process: recruiter phone screen, then 3 more rounds with hiring manager, KAM, etc. They seemed to have a corporate questionnaire requiring STAR format answers, but also went off-script. Interviews were fine, but they ghosted me after 3 rounds. No response even after I followed up. Someone else I know got ghosted after 4 rounds, so this might be typical for KDP. Very unprofessional.
