First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper.
Account Manager
We started with a recruiter chat, then a phone screen, and finally an in-person interview. They asked situational questions about specific examples of different people, places, situations, tasks, and what the outcome was. They also asked about past experiences and open-ended questions that were meant to make me think.
- Tell me about a specific situation you encountered and what happened as a result.
- Can you share a past experience with me?
- What's your take on this?
Account Manager
After applying online, I had an initial phone chat about my experience and the account manager role with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview at their office with the hiring manager and another account manager, which was more of a discussion with some questions. The follow-up and update took almost 4 weeks, which felt too long. The next step is an interview with the regional director.
- What's your approach to planning a sales territory?
- How do you decide which client visits or requests to prioritize?
Sales Account Manager
HireVue Ai video recorded interview. Totally impersonal and shortsighted. This is how lazy corporate America has become. Cant even use a human being to handle screening intake interviews for a sales role. This isn't for a technical role or engineering role with specific skills required. Laziness. Bad way to seek talent for forward facing roles in sales.
- Describe a situation where you were given a project to complete on your own.
