First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Keurig Dr Pepper.
Financial Analyst
The interview process at Keurig Dr Pepper was really smooth and organized. I applied and heard back within a few days for a recruiter screen. Every chat was engaging and felt like they really cared. The people interviewing me asked good questions and were upfront about what the job entails and how the Strategic Finance team fits into the bigger picture of the company.
- How would you value a horse?
Financial Analyst
The process was pretty standard. Started with a phone screen with HR, then I had an interview with the hiring manager, and after that, I was supposed to talk to other members of the team. But then I got ghosted after the hiring manager interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
- Can you outline the key responsibilities of your current role?
- Tell me about an instance where you experienced a conflict with a colleague.
Financial Analyst
The interview process started with an initial phone screen, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had an on-site panel interview, but it was disorganized. When I got there, the people I was supposed to meet weren't around. Two people eventually showed up, 30 minutes late, and only one of the three panelists actually appeared. Following the 'panel' interview, I had a 30-minute call with an SFA and then an hour-long call with the hiring manager. I felt good about it and was told I'd hear back soon. A few days later, I followed up with the recruiter and didn't hear back until a week later, asking if I could speak with the director of finance that same day. I rearranged my schedule for the 30-minute call. A few days after that, I followed up again, and didn't get a response until 7:30 PM that night, asking if I could talk to the VP of Finance the next day for 30 minutes. I rearranged my schedule again for the 5 PM call. At the end of that conversation, I thought I was going to get the job based on the previous two calls. A few days later, I got an email saying I wasn't getting the job and it was a 'hard decision.' I asked for feedback, but only got vague answers like 'it wasn't one thing specific' and 'it was a hard decision.' Even though I liked everyone and felt I'd do well, the process was unimpressive, and I felt like my time was wasted. Not getting any clear feedback after all that is really irritating.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to apply for this specific job?
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a problem at work and how you resolved it?
