The video interview process went well. The platform worked fine and the instructions were clear. The first part of the interview confirmed the basic job requirements and my availability. In the second part, I was asked three main questions about my motivation, teamwork, and customer service experience. Overall, it was a user-friendly and well-structured process.

There are several processes involved. They ask for a lot of paperwork, and I even had to provide translations of my criminal records from other countries. I had to pay for this part, even without knowing if I would be chosen, and it was quite expensive. Then we had a group test in small teams, assessing how we react to certain situations. An individual interview followed. Shortly after, they call to let you know you've been selected.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • There were quite a few tests in this interview; one part was a real-life case study on how you would react in a team, and then an individual interview where you need a good level of English. They ask about your CV, your previous experience, and more on how you would face certain situations.

The interview process had 2 stages. The first stage involved answering behavioral video questions. The second stage was an assessment centre with about 10 applicants in the final stage. I was not offered the role after waiting three weeks for feedback. The reason given was insufficient knowledge of their tech stack (they wanted C# and I had JS). I understand the feedback, but the long wait for it was tough. The assessment centre had good staff involvement.

The interview process itself was smooth and pleasant, with the usual classic interview questions. However, the company's administration was disappointing. I had to wait a month for a response to my follow-up emails, which felt unacceptably slow and frustrating. Additionally, all questions could only be asked via email, not over the phone, which further added to the inefficiency of their communication. Overall, the administrative process was far from ideal.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe what the role entails?
  • Given a scenario, how would you handle it in this role?
  • What motivates you to apply for this position?
