I filled out an application online. Then there were some virtual questions asked by an automated assistant (about 5 questions). Finally, I had an interview with 2 HR people who asked about 5 or 6 more questions. It was very friendly.

The interview process wasn't very involved, honestly it was kind of boring. There were some stupid games and the location was pretty far away. Everyone was wearing red, though. The place itself was nice.
