First, I submitted an online application which included a 10-minute maths assessment. After passing that, I received a call within 48 hours from a recruiter for a quick 10-minute phone chat where they asked me two competency-based questions. They told me I passed that during the call and I got an email for an assessment day. The assessment day was 4 hours long. I noticed I had more contact centre experience than most people there, and I was one of the few who had actually researched Jet2holidays and Jet2.com. The day involved a company presentation, a 10-minute planning session for a role-play call, the role-play itself, and a final interview. Even though I felt I did well in all parts, I wasn't successful. I emailed for feedback and was told I'd get a call between 1pm and 2pm on 24/02, but that call never came.

I applied online through the Jet2 careers website and was sent an email with a maths and English assessment. Then I got an email for a phone interview at a time that worked for me. The interviewer was obviously reading off a script, and sounded like she didn't want to be there. She said I'd hear back in 48 hours if I got it. I know I didn't get the job, hence this review. They didn't even ask about my experience, it seemed more about how I sound on the phone and how I'd get to work. Honestly, felt like a waste of time.

Behavioral Technical Other

Had a short interview, mostly to check if kids and pets would be around. Also checked internet and download speeds. Asked why Jet2 was picked for a career. It was pretty short and to the point.
