Started with some online questions, then a video call. After that, met with recruitment team and some Area Managers and Destination Managers. Some of the people involved might not really get what the role is about.

Presentation Behavioral Technical

It was a video interview to start, and then a few days later I was invited for a face-to-face interview at their Leeds office. I had to prepare and send a presentation beforehand. The interview itself involved a 30-minute presentation followed by a 60-minute Q&A session. I didn't have a good experience because Jet2 ghosted me after the face-to-face. I sent a follow-up email but never heard back, and didn't get any feedback on my application, which really is an outcome in itself. It's not ideal, but I don't think it's too much to ask for a basic rejection email, especially considering the time applicants invest in the process.
