I applied at Iris Software as a Java Developer and heard back from a recruiter. My interview process at Iris Software back in 2017 took about two weeks and was pretty standard. It had three main parts: a phone screening, a technical interview, and an HR chat. They made me a decent offer, but I ended up taking a job elsewhere for more money.

The interview process itself is decent, but the organization is lacking. There's a lot of internal politics, bias, and groupism. They seem to target single employees, and there's a lot of micromanagement. Honestly, employees are always targeted. Higher management has friends and old employees in higher posts who get benefits like Work From Home.

I had two rounds of technical interviews, and I finished both. The first round had medium-difficulty questions, mostly focusing on Spark and SQL. The second round went deep into coding. After I finished, they asked me to wait for an HR chat, but after waiting 30 minutes, they told me to leave because HR was busy. I didn't get any updates after that, and checking Workday five days later, my application was rejected.
