The interview process itself is decent, but the organization is lacking. There's a lot of internal politics, bias, and groupism. They seem to target single employees, and there's a lot of micromanagement. Honestly, employees are always targeted. Higher management has friends and old employees in higher posts who get benefits like Work From Home.

I went through 3 rounds, 2 of which were technical and 1 was a hiring manager round. The panel and questions were good. I was told by HR that I cleared all rounds and was selected, but the offer hasn't been released. There's been no update and HR has stopped responding to my calls and emails. It would be better if HR gave the real reason, so candidates wouldn't have to chase them and wait for an offer that might not come.
