I applied at Iris Software as a Java Developer and heard back from a recruiter. My interview process at Iris Software back in 2017 took about two weeks and was pretty standard. It had three main parts: a phone screening, a technical interview, and an HR chat. They made me a decent offer, but I ended up taking a job elsewhere for more money.

I would advise against wasting your time here; prepare for another company instead. They will never offer you a position. I went through a consultancy. There were three technical rounds, followed by a managerial round, and then HR. The process was smooth and happened on time. Everything was normal up to the HR stage; we even discussed salary and finalized the terms. However, when it came to generating the offer letter, they gave a pathetic excuse. They claimed they had frozen vendor hiring and couldn't extend an offer. I mean, really? You only found this out at this late stage? Stop fooling us. This is pathetic and irresponsible behavior. I understand you might have found a cheaper candidate, but you've wasted all my time and effort just for that.
