Solutions Consultant
I applied for a job at IRIS during the COVID pandemic. A lot of companies were having hiring freezes or rescinding offers, but IRIS actually went ahead and scheduled and completed my interview process and gave me an offer pretty quickly. The whole process had 4 rounds, and they all happened on time. The recruiter kept in touch and answered all my questions, letting me know about the next steps in advance. The whole interview process felt really well-planned and organized. I've since joined IRIS and want to say that the onboarding was great too. Even though it was during the pandemic and everyone was remote, I didn't have any issues. I got my laptop and everything I needed at home in the first week. The induction was also smooth and organized. Honestly, I didn't expect such a smooth transition during COVID. Everything seems pretty organized at IRIS so far.

The interview had three rounds. The first two were strictly technical, and the last one was managerial. After that, we discussed salary. The process was impressive; even with over 200 people interviewing, they had multiple panels, and some received offers the same day.

It begins with a phone call, then an in-person technical interview. It's a pretty standard interview. Just brush up on some basics and you should be fine. Some of the interviewers were really good.
