It was a two-round interview process, starting with HR in Milan and then moving to a second round with someone from the division in London. Both were conducted online. The first few stages weren't technical, but the final stage had a more technical focus for me to learn about the division and the work involved, and for the team to get to know me. I got feedback from the first interview faster than I thought, and they were quick to set up the next stage. I'm still waiting to hear about the decision after the last interview.
