Software Engineer
The hiring process was well-organized and professional. It started with an initial introductory call from the HR team, followed by an online technical test focusing on logic and programming fundamentals. The atmosphere was friendly, and I received clear feedback in a reasonable amount of time.
- Can you explain the difference between an interface and an abstract class?
Senior Software Engineer
It was an hour-long discussion, mostly in English, with two HR people and two team leaders. Most questions were behavioral, with just a short one on system design.
- Tell me about a time in your work environment where you had to deal with a particularly delicate problem on your own and how you acted.
Software Engineer
The selection process was divided into 3 steps: an initial meeting, a technical interview, and an interview with the project manager. Questions covered design patterns, data structures, object-oriented programming, previous work experiences, and availability for travel.
- Which design patterns are you familiar with and which ones have you implemented?
