Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intesa Sanpaolo.
Consultant
Advisor
I had a chat with two managers, an HR person I'd already spoken to on the phone, and a territorial manager. It finished with a little test where I was playing an employee and had to give a client some information.
- What are the values you appreciate about the group?
Advisor
This was an internship lasting 6 months. The interview process was quite easy and done online. There were three interviewers; one observed candidate behavior, while the others asked personal questions to gauge reactions.
- Questions about your academic/work path.
- Personal questions related to your CV.
