I applied for the financial advisor position (mixed contract) in October 2023. I was contacted for a video interview in December, which I completed a few days later. Two days after that, they called me to invite me for an online introductory interview. The interview lasted about an hour with two recruiters who assessed my motivation and resume. I had to prepare a very short PowerPoint summarizing my main qualities and reasons for applying. At the end of the interview, they had me do a sort of 'simulation' of the role I applied for. One recruiter pretended to be a client wanting to switch banks, and I had to convince them to stay. After a month, they called to say I was hired, but I didn't accept the position.

Behavioral Presentation

The first step is a video interview. If that goes well, they schedule a get-to-know-you meeting. You also need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation covering your strengths, weaknesses, and your work and academic background. The interview with two HR people lasts about 40 minutes to an hour and is pretty relaxed.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I was called to do a video where questions were asked, and I had a limited time to respond and record my answers. The video was short, about fifteen minutes. After a few days, I was called back for the next stage, which required preparing a PowerPoint presentation explaining why I'm applying for the position and why they should choose me. This presentation would be delivered during an interview with two interviewers. One interviewer, a woman, asked more personal questions, while the other, a man, presented a simulation of a nervous client seeking consultation. The entire interview lasted about 45 minutes. I didn't proceed further as I was rejected, but it was a useful experience, as it's a somewhat tricky and challenging interview, as it probably should be.
