After applying for the job, I was contacted for a 90-minute Teams interview. Positively, it was a single interview with everyone involved in hiring. The HR person, the IT manager, and the payroll office were on the call. First, I described my work history. Then, HR asked a lot of questions about my experiences, stressing the need to be "very convincing." After that, the technical person (who didn't have a webcam because it was "broken" - which I found really odd for an IT person after two years of remote work) gave a high-level overview of the role's responsibilities. Finally, they asked about my contract status. It actually took about 50 minutes.

It was a simple chat, they asked me about my studies, the exams I took and my thesis. The atmosphere was relaxed. The job offers stable employment but doesn't offer much room for career advancement. Overall, it was an educational and interesting experience. The work environment is structured and the colleagues were helpful.
