The recruiter called me first to see if I had some documents before they could set up a technical interview. There was a significant delay, about two weeks, between that initial call and the actual interview. After the technical interview, I heard back with verbal confirmation in three days, but it took another two weeks to discuss the offer.

So I'm sharing this late, but I remember it well because it stuck with me. About three years ago, Indra reached out about a Full Stack Developer position. The interviews were going really well. The recruiter was nice, and I felt like we had a good technical vibe. Talking with the hiring manager and a team member also went great; they seemed really interested in what I'd done. But then, when I mentioned I hadn't finished my degree yet, even though I had years of experience and finished a coding bootcamp, they said it was policy to only hire people with a degree. That's where it stopped. It was pretty discouraging, honestly. Felt old-fashioned to be judged on a diploma instead of actual skills and experience. In tech, you'd think it's more about what you can build and bring to the table, not just what's on paper. I still thought the people I met were great, but the company's hiring rules felt super rigid and not very up-to-date.

Also they asked how many files have you ever worked( the sw is so big, so they handle a lot of files) They asked if you are able to change to ADA since the development in ATM ( air traffic management) is in ADA( they give you a training)
