It was a three-part interview process. First, I spoke with HR. Then, I had an interview with the manager. The third interview was a group interview. I had already booked and paid for a flight to get to this third interview, but they canceled it the day before, and I lost the money for the flight. They didn't give a clear reason for canceling; they just seemed unconcerned.

They had me fill out a form with my basic info and answer an essay questionnaire about how I'd fit in the IT industry and why they should hire me. I'd suggest arriving 30-45 mins early to get the essay done before the interview. The interviewer was nice and professional. Since I'm still an undergrad, he asked about my subjects and how I balance my grades with student org activities. He also asked standard interview questions like my 5-year plan, how I'm an asset, and my expectations for the role. He seemed impressed when I mentioned researching the company's clients and talked more about it.

The process kicked off with a company presentation on campus, giving us the lowdown on current job openings and a chance for Q&A. The people there were super friendly and open. After that, a bunch of us were picked for a computer-based test covering numerical, English, and general skills, which took about two hours. We also got a case study to work on at home with a 24-hour deadline to present to HR. Next up was a HR interview with an Indra employee. They were really nice, focused on my CV, and we went through everything. It was in both English and Spanish, lasting about 40 minutes. Finally, the top candidates met with Indra Directors for a final chat about our expectations, background, past work, and why we wanted to join Indra and in what area. Then, they made job offers to the ones they chose. I heard back from Indra by the end of 2010 with an offer.
