First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indra.
Customer Service Analyst
I had a one-on-one interview with an HR analyst. The interview lasted about an hour. During this time, she explained the salary, benefits, and available schedules. The HR analyst was friendly and made the interviewees feel completely at ease. She informed me on the spot whether I was approved or not.
- Reasons Indra should hire me
Customer Service Analyst
I thought the interview should have been individual and applied tests relevant to the position and not have a group dynamic with several people and be more organized in filling out the documents.

Customer Service Analyst
The interview process was totally disorganized and tiring. They advertised the opening but didn't manage how many people should attend, leading to unnecessary overcrowding if everything had been organized. I had to return another day because there wasn't enough space to accommodate everyone. On the interview day, we took a math/logic/Portuguese test, and then had individual interviews. The process was extremely tiring, lasting practically the whole day. Besides that, each interviewer conducted the process differently; some people weren't asked anything beyond their resume, while others were questioned more. Total disorganization and lack of preparation from the company in conducting a selection process like this.
