The interview was very clear and serious. It had a very comfortable atmosphere. They don't try to find your weak spots or put you in a difficult situation. The technical leads know their stuff and study your resume beforehand. It's encouraging that professionals like this still exist.

Tres entrevistas, primero con rrhh, luego con el equipo técnico y luego una final con rrhh donde explican la cultura de la empresa, evaluaciones y demás con una presentación de PowerPoint. Después te mandan un correo con la propuesta salarial. Preguntan también nivel de estudios. Literalmente me ofrecieron de palabra 42.000, y luego me llamaron y me dijeron que "es que tú perfil corresponde 36.000", por ser FP y no ingeniero.
