Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indra.
Junior Developer
The process starts with profile selection, followed by a technical chat to assess aptitudes. Finally, soft skills are analyzed through a deep conversation that defines the ideal candidate.
- What value would you bring to the team?
- How do you handle pressure under critical deadlines?
- What is your greatest professional achievement?
Junior Engineer
I interviewed at Indra Korea about 2 weeks after sending in my resume. The country manager talked to me and it was a really nice conversation. Things seemed to be going well until I didn't hear back for over 3 weeks, and then found out the job was on hold! The worst part is that they didn't even tell me, I had to figure it out myself.
- Could you introduce yourself, discuss your educational background, and explain how you became aware of this opportunity?
- What are your aspirations for the future?
- Can you share some insights related to the responsibilities of this position?
Junior Developer
I applied for the position and was quickly contacted by the company's HR department, who requested I complete some assessments on Gupy. Following that, I took a Java knowledge test, which I found quite challenging but managed to do well on. About a week later, an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager, the HR person I initially contacted, and other leaders. The interview was straightforward, aiming to confirm knowledge of the job's prerequisites. In the same week, I was extended an offer to start.
- Have you ever developed a project using Java?
- Did you have any experience with front-end development in your projects?
- Are you comfortable using Git, whether through bash or other tools?
