It was interactive and very dynamic, they made me feel comfortable throughout the selection process. They also did games simulating a psychometric test. At no point did I feel the need to over-justify myself and they were clear about the profile they were looking for.

Back in 2007, the hiring process was pretty straightforward. It involved a logic test, a basic English test, an HR interview, and a final chat with an Indra manager. The whole thing took about 3 hours and was completed in one day at the Arroyo de la Vega HQ. This used to vary a bit at different corporate sites, but it seemed to be the standard for junior roles.
