They asked me to design a scalable content delivery architecture for a global pharma website. Then, they asked about migrating an existing CMS to AEM Cloud Service, handling performance optimization and dispatcher invalidation, and securing an AEM instance in production. It ended with some HR questions about managing deadlines and stakeholders, salary, notice period, and location flexibility.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process had 4 rounds. The first round was with an Indegene employee, it was okay, but the interviewer was late and ended the call early. The second round was with a client of Indegene, held at a bakery, and the interviewer mostly talked about how bad the job is, mentioning stress, long hours, and emergencies. The third round was a surprise interview with another Indegene employee from Brazil, who asked questions similar to the first round. The fourth round was a face-to-face interview at the client's location with the interviewers from the first and second rounds. The client dominated, saying they weren't sure about hiring and discussed a project scenario where the team was 'deaf, dumb, and blind' and I had no choice but to work with them. He also mentioned contacting a friend in another quality testing team. He again mentioned reasons not to take the job and asked about a long-term binding contract.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Given that the project team is described as 80% deaf, dumb, and blind, and the job involves daily late-night urgencies despite having a family and child, are you certain you want to accept this position?

I applied through the company website and had my interviews before April 2025. The process involved 3 rounds. The first round was a written test, followed by a technical round for the second, and an HR round for the third. If you have prior experience in scientific writing, you should be able to answer all the questions. Typically, each round takes about a week. The role involves ensuring the scientific accuracy of data, claims, graphical elements, and figures within a manuscript. You'll be given reference articles alongside the manuscript to validate the data.

Behavioral Technical Other

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a Business Partner CSM role. We discussed salary, and I applied. A week later, I was told they were holding off on my application. A month later, the recruiter contacted me about a new opening and set up an initial interview. After that, I was asked to do a lengthy assessment over the weekend. Before I could complete it, the role was pulled and moved overseas. A week after that, the recruiter reached out again about the original CSM position. I went through two rounds over a month and was one of the final candidates. I prepared for a final HR interview, but during the call, they revealed the salary cap was significantly reduced from the initial offer. They also wouldn't budge on PTO. I declined to move forward as the compensation was less than my current role and not worth the extra effort.

  • Can you share an instance where you successfully handled a challenging client request?
