Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Indegene.
Project Coordinator
The interview process was smooth and focused on how well I fit their goals. The HR was communicative throughout. There were 3 rounds of interviews, including a few technical questions. Each round had a relaxed atmosphere, though it felt more geared towards older generations than the new one.
- Can you define and elaborate on Project Management?
Project Coordinator
The interview process took 45 days and was pretty smooth. First, there was a telephonic interview. After that, I had to complete two tests: an editing exercise and an English grammar test. I had to follow up after the tests because the response was delayed, possibly because they were hiring a lot of people. The interviews with the manager and director were friendly. They wanted to see if I would stay with the company long-term. They didn't ask any tough questions or try to make me feel bad.
- Tell me about your interests.
- How much experience do you have in editing?
- What do you see yourself achieving in the next five years?
Project Coordinator
First they do a phone interview to see if you have the skills. Then there might be tests for your personality or if you're a good fit. HR might do a background check. If you pass, they offer you the job.
- What are the basic terms of Project Management?
